Requesting a Return:
Please email us at info@lovemybooze.com.au with the subject line "Return" or "Exchange" and provide your order details. Once we receive your request, we will send you the return address and step-by-step instructions.

Product Issues: If the wine you received is flawed, damaged, incorrect, or even expired… don’t hesitate—contact our customer service right away! We’ll handle it promptly.

Characteristics of Natural Products: Some fine wines are derived from nature and may show natural variations in color, flavor, or aroma—this is part of their unique charm. Such cases are not considered quality issues and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Compliance with Local Laws: Please ensure that the purchase, return, and enjoyment of alcoholic beverages comply with the laws of your location. This reflects our shared commitment to responsible consumption.
Refund or Exchange?

Refund: Once we confirm the returned item, we will refund the amount to your original payment account. This usually takes a few business days—thank you for your patience.

Exchange: We certainly support exchanges for damaged or defective items! However, exchanges are not available for change-of-mind returns at this time. We appreciate your understanding.
Condition of Items: To protect the interests of all customers, returned items must be in their original condition as received: unused, unopened, and with all original packaging intact.
Proof of Purchase: Please include the receipt or proof of purchase with your return package. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be processed.
