1. Delivery Coverage
- Supported Cities: Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Gold Coast
- Other Locations: Delivery is not available to areas outside the listed cities.
2. Delivery Zones & Timelines

4. Age Verification & Delivery Restrictions
- Website Access: Age verification is required upon entering the website. Users under 18 years of age will be restricted from accessing the site.
- Proof of Age on Delivery: The recipient must present valid photo ID confirming they are 18 years of age or older at the time of delivery.

Failed Delivery Attempts:
- If valid ID cannot be provided or the recipient is under 18 years of age, delivery of alcoholic products will be refused.
- The order will be marked as “Delivery Attempt Failed”, and the goods will be returned to the dispatch point or held for redelivery.
- All shipping fees (including initial delivery and return costs) are non-refundable.
- Any additional fees for re-delivery will be the responsibility of the customer.
5. Additional Terms
- Damage Liability: We are not liable for any damage to goods during transit.
- Express Service Limitation: Express delivery is only available in Metro (Urban) areas and is not offered for Regional locations.
- Fee Clarification: Standard delivery incurs no extra charges, while express delivery requires an additional $15 fee
