Collection: FenJiu

Fenjiu, the benchmark of China's light-aroma baijiu, hails from Xinghuacun in Fenyang, Shanxi. Renowned for its distinctive "clear, pure, aromatic, and mellow" character, it boasts a long history and holds the title of the foremost among China's "Four Great Famous Spirits," often celebrated as the "soul of Chinese liquor."

Its production follows the "qing zheng er ci qing" technique, involving two separate distillations of purely fermented grains. Made primarily from sorghum, wheat, and water from ancient wells, Fenjiu is famous for its smooth initial taste, sweet finish, and long-lasting, pleasant aftertaste
