ZhenJiu

Zhen Jiu is a renowned Jiangxiang-style baijiu produced in Zunyi, Guizhou, China. Established in 1975, it originated from a successful relocation experiment aimed at replicating Maotai’s production to achieve the “10,000-ton Jiangxiang baijiu” goal. Using a Maotai-like 12987 technique—one-year production cycle, two feeding stages, nine steaming rounds, eight fermentations, and seven distillations—it offers a distinctive Jiangxiang aroma, a rich and mellow body, and a long-lasting finish. As a key representative of the new era of “Mao, Xi, Zhen” Jiangxiang baijiu, Zhen Jiu Li Du Group went public in Hong Kong in 2023
